While the industry standard warranty for appliance repairs is only 90 days, AAA Appliance Service Center provides a full year warranty on parts and labor.  We only use factory parts, and all of our technicians are factory trained.

While we do work on both counter-top microwaves and built-in units, we find that it isn't generally very cost-effective to get a counter-top unit repaired. Unless the unit cost you more than $200 or you have some other compelling reason to want to keep your counter-top microwave, you'll probably find it more worth your while to simply purchase a new one.
